After moving to Toronto in 1998, Julie enrolled in the Confectionary Arts Program at George Brown College, graduating with honors. From here, she turned her love for all things pastry into a rewarding career, working at several fine dining restaurants throughout Toronto, including a 5 year turn as Executive Pastry Chef at the renowned North 44 Restaurant.
In 2009, fueled by a growing interest in cake design, Julie left restaurant life behind and enrolled in the prestigious Bonnie Gordon School. It was here under Bonnie's tutelage that Julie's passion for pastry found a new home, and a business was born!
